To all our new and returning students, we extend our warm welcome to RGVLC.  We hope your experience is meaningful and fruitful and brings you closer to reaching your educational goals.  We assure you that the staff is always ready to assist you, to guide you, and to help you fulfill your dreams.  The RGVLC programs are designed with you in mind.  Thus, we offer three types of class instruction:  in-person classes (face-to-face), online classes, and blended (hybrid) classes.  This way we hope RGVLC serves better the communities in the Rio Grande Valley.
